About these terms
These terms describe use of the ncheat.vip storefront, customer accounts, and digital license purchases. Review the product description, compatibility requirements, price, and access period before ordering. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Accounts and security
Provide an accurate email address and verify it to access purchased keys. Keep your password, license keys, and account access private. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the store, submit fraudulent payments, or misuse support services.
Digital products and licenses
Purchases provide the digital access described on the product page, not ownership of the software or its intellectual property. Access is limited to the selected product and duration. Do not resell, share, or transfer a key unless expressly permitted. Activation and remaining access are determined by the licensing service; displayed remaining days are an indication of its current records.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in USD. Purchases are one-time payments for the selected access period and do not automatically renew. Available checkout methods may include cards through Stripe, PayPal, and supported cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments. Payment-provider terms apply to their services. Follow the payment instructions, including the correct cryptocurrency, network, amount, and payment deadline. Network, currency-conversion, or provider fees may apply.
Order confirmation and delivery
Delivery begins after payment is verified. Available keys are assigned to the order, sent to the checkout email, and displayed in the verified account using that email address. Payment verification, stock availability, email filtering, or service interruptions can delay delivery. Keep your order reference and contact support if your key does not arrive. A payment initiation or pending transaction is not confirmation of successful payment.
Compatibility and service availability
Check the current product requirements and guides before purchase and use. Software, operating systems, games, and third-party services can change, affecting compatibility or availability. No promise is made that access will be uninterrupted or that a third-party platform will permit use. We are not affiliated with game publishers or anti-cheat providers. You remain responsible for complying with applicable law and third-party rules.
HWID resets and support
Request an HWID reset for an eligible purchased key through your customer dashboard. Requests require review and may be subject to cooldowns and limits shown in the dashboard. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or extend your license. Support may request your order reference and relevant technical details to investigate a problem; never send passwords or payment credentials.
Cancellations, problems, and refunds
Contact support with your order reference if you need to cancel an undelivered purchase or report a duplicate charge, missing delivery, or defective access. Requests are reviewed against delivery and activation records and applicable consumer law. This general policy does not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund, repair, or replacement rights. Delivery or activation alone does not waive rights that require separate consent under applicable law. Do not send additional cryptocurrency to correct a payment problem without confirmed instructions.
Restrictions and suspension
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized account access, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, contact support to dispute a restriction. Suspension does not remove any mandatory consumer remedies. We do not guarantee protection against game-account restrictions or other third-party enforcement.
Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or outcomes controlled by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or prevents you from seeking remedies available under applicable law.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted here. Changes will not remove rights attached to an existing purchase or apply retrospectively where prohibited.
